How to Get a Refund

Most online marketers will think I'm crazy for doing this.  But... I'm doing my darndest to show you that you ARE "shopping safe" when you deal with me.  Most online merchants have other ways of reassuring you.  I describe them in "The Insider's Guide to Shopping Online", but here's a unique way I can do it.

So... on the off chance that you DO want to take advantage of my Better-Than-Money-Back Guarantee, here's how to get your money back.

It's easy.  Send me an email requesting a refund.  It's fastest if you forward the receipt to me, so I can verify the order (and so that I know which product you're requesting a refund FOR, since I do sell multiple books online.)  Send to diana@insidersguidetoshoppingonline.com for fastest results.

I'll contact Clickbank right away and ask them to process your refund, which usually takes a day or two.  Your refund will be credited according to how you paid (credit card, Paypal, et cetera.)

While I'd certainly appreciate any input on why I haven't met your needs, that's not necessary, and I promise not to hassle you or anything!
